However, Ezziy ensures all sellers uphold the following minimum standards. - Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

You changed your mind (where applicable)
Some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics, underwear, opened food products). - Return Window
